QuoteNotsogr8oneThere are no problems. You can already install the the HBC via a special 3.4 version of the Twilight Hack. I already have the twighlight hack, but thank you. Thats what i needed to know. I guess i can just watch DVDs on my 360. Ill go ahead and update.by Painguy - Homebrew General
I was wondering whether the 3.4 update will mess up the HBC. I am aware it disables patchmii and DVDX, but will the homebrew Channel work correctly still. Will there be a work around for 3.4 so i can install it with out it causing any problems? Also what does patch mii exactly do?by Painguy - Homebrew General
I rly dont believe that would be practical. The reason behind this is if u use the wiis hardware to record the ongoing activities aswell as display and process the game being run it will result in a dramatic preformance decrease. the reason screen recorders are external machines is because it has its own hardware to do these processes and does not add any stress to the machine being recorded. Its basically impossible. The GC emulator for the PC barly works. My Comp can support crysis on very high with 25-95 fps but while playing mario kart on that emulator i get fps and the graphics are disorted aswell. the only solution to this is to run a 64 bit os. even then it has its share of problems. So if it is this hard to run a gc emulator on a powerful PC imagine what will happen to the wiiby Painguy - Software
