Here are some foolproof steps to get it working: 1) Using WUFE, dump "RVL-mios-v5.wad.out.wad" from a game that includes it (for example, Super Mario Galaxy Disc, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros. I would like to add to this that it does not let you run burnt discs, so if you want to run the semibrick fix disc, or an autoboot disc that you burn yourself (you're never going to get a Nintendo autoboot disc), you have to have a drivechip.
