Also try this version:by teknecal - Getting Started
Hi, Please retry the HBB and updating to v0.3.9d if it asks.by teknecal - Getting Started
Hi, Could you try this new version and see if it helps? You will need to rename it to boot.dol in the homebrew_browser directory. It's a re-compiled version with the latest libraries to support new wiimotes and should fix the issue, let me know if it does?by teknecal - Homebrew General
It will be on HBB in 1-2 days.by teknecal - Getting Started
Please upgrade to v0.3.9b.by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Looks like you might have the "Moddingstudio Repo" repository selected. You can change this in the homebrew browser settings under Repo:by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
I'll put it up with the next lot of updates on the weekend.by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Try manually creating that directory. Other than that, check to see that your SD cards lock switch isn't on (for some cards when inserting them into the Wii, the switch can change)by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Hmm not sure why I didn't add it in, but I'll add it in to HBB in the next apps updated. Also there is a repo called "ModdingStudio repo" in HBB which lets you download it.by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Thanks for your report. I've fixed it up now so it should work.by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
QuotexeddogWhen HBB was launching and the black screen with the text messages was being displayed, and after HBB downloaded and extracted the zip file, I noticed at the bottom that there was a line that came up on the bottom of the screen that said something like "unable to open . . .aborting" and then one more line that may have consisted of just a word or two that flashed by so fast that I couby teknecal - Getting Started
Can you try unplugging additional controllers like GC, Nunchuck, etc? When you got a new SD card and installed HBB, did it ask you to download the images zip file at the start with the text on the black screen? If so, did you proceed with it? At the bottom of HBB, do you see that it says checking icon x/xxx? If it stays on one icon for a while it means it's downloading it, does it eveby teknecal - Getting Started
Yes, it will be fixed in the next HBB version (not sure how long it will be until release).by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Seems there is a bug in HBB and how the user has the start up category configured. If you are having issues accessing mdbrim's repo, set your "custom category" (in settings, page 3) as Games and for lukegb's repo set your "custom category" as Utilities.by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
I can confirm the issue and there will be a fix coming out soon.by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Can you check if the /apps/homebrew_browser/temp/ directory exists on your SD card? Can you try to re-format your SD card too? What kind of applications have you run?by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
QuotemccandchWhen I move my cursor over the tabs on the top, the wii remote rumbles - this does not happen when I move it over an app (I'm not sure if it's supposed to or not). It should rumble when you move it over an app. Can you try removing any controllers other than the Wiimote that are connected to the Wii or Wiimote? Do you see the "New" icon displayed on the say the firstby teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Can you try formatting your SD card? When you first loaded the HBB do you remember it downloading the a temp images zip file?by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Quote1cefiredoes anyone know where is the libfat svn so I can compile it? Thanks :) SVN: Can everyone try this: It has the latest libogc and libfat from SVN from 2 days ago.by teknecal - Homebrew General
Sorry, should be fixed now. Will release v0.3.2 hopefully today and fix this issue once and for all.by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Quote**The Homebrew browser initializes the network before initializing the FAT subsystem? So it still reads the instruction to initialize the Network... The HBB does initialise the network first (helps compatibility with USB network devices), so it doesn't read any instructions on whether to initialise the network. One more thing to try, can you try one of Tantrics's updated emulaby teknecal - Homebrew General
Can you try the SD card test below and report back to me what it says?by teknecal - Homebrew General
Nope I wouldn't object, use it if you like.by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Below is some code I'm using. When I tried writing only "test" to a file when the SD card lock was on and checked that "test" was written, it said that it was; so it seems to me that there is some sort of cache when writing to an SD card. So I just write 800 bytes which seems to be enough. // Attempt to write to SD card to check for SD card lock // There seems to be a small buffer, soby teknecal - Homebrew Applications
Hi, Didn't see this thread until today. The [] squares after each application name cause this issue and it happens when the list file is updated. When the list is updated I can fix it up a few seconds later. There is a permanent fix in the next version of HBB. Please do let me know if any applications are still failing to create folders. QuoteTheManuelBy the way, is that you on the settings screen with the digital pad tatoo in the head? :-) Hehe, nope :Pby teknecal - Homebrew Applications
I think I'll put some dots that show when it's parsing the homebrew list so you can see what's going on. This is what happens after the homebrew list is received. It does take a while, but should only be 20-30 seconds. The next version v0.3.1 will allow you to download and browse at the same time so it's on the way, just needs to be tested more.by teknecal - Homebrew Applications
I once had a similar issue, had to implement ir correction, etc. The end solution is not to use ir.sx/sy and rather just use ir.x/y. Works fine.by teknecal - Coding
You should be printing a double/float. printf("X= %f Y= %f\n", ir.x, ir.y); Also you can move the below code under WPAD_Init(); WPAD_SetDataFormat(0, WPAD_FMT_BTNS_ACC_IR); WPAD_SetVRes(0, 640, 480);by teknecal - Coding
Forgive me if I'm wrong but am I missing something here? You say the values you wish to use are 0 to 640 and 0 to 480 but doesn't fputc just write 1 character and fgetc just reads 1 character? Edit: I agree with koopa.by teknecal - Coding
