I am at work so I can't be sure but I think that the bootmii folder was on the root of the card and when opened up had the three files. Now you said that it should be "on the root too" as in there is another place I should have this folder? Should the bootmii folder be in more then one place? Now I have a new problem. I switched over my files to a new SD card from a 1G to a 2G, everything works the same except for the Bootmii start up. The file is there just like on the other card but it dosn't start up? Any ideas why...by jedimaster_att - Getting Started
So what emulaters are complet versions and work well? Seems to me the nes, snes, and gameboy ones work great - cant say much for the others is this pretty much correct. I am sure that there is a topic somewhere else here but I am at work and in a hurry...I have installed BOOTMII on my -finaly- So now when I turn on my wii it goes right to the bootmii start up screen (or what I believe to be) it has the sd box, wii box, homebrew box, and one other box can't remember. Reading over different forums or what not, it has come to my attention that i should have BOOTMII installed in case of possibly bricking my wii. I am intrested in changing my WII's theme into a Star Wars theme. I have seen some that are mario based with a mario (instead of a hand pointer), I have seen the Matrix theme as well. ALSO... i have noticed that when I install the DVDx from homebrew I belive it puts a "pacman" file onto my SD card, this file was not there before the install...yet I cant find anything "pacman" on homebrew or my WII, is there a relation, is this the hidden channel?by jedimaster_att - Homebrew Applications
Strait up noob here needing some help, I just installed homebrew onto my 4.0U version wii via the SD card. Everything is great I love it, but I am not sure I understand the DVDx. Am I supposed to be able to watch DVDs on my wii?
