That was a thorough explanation and I appreciate the time given for making your position clear (I'm sure I'm not alone in this regard). I thank you again for the effort made for Genplusgx, and look forward to seeing future enhancements released whenever they may be.by yskysk - Homebrew Applications
Thanks for the suggestions; I think i'll give two separate devices a try (since I love the screen shot functionality of GenPlusGX). On a side note a few people have mentioned Game Gear games run though GenPlusGX display in strange colours. Obviously these games aren't (currently) supported, but partially work nonetheless. Do you have any plans to make these games fully functional througby yskysk - Homebrew Applications
QuoteThank you for your hard word and an excellent product that is a great credit to Wii HB. Should you see this message, I'd just like to ask if there is any way to use separate copies (channels) of gensplus gx 1.5.0 within homebrew to operate as the genesis and mastersystem separately, just so they can use separate rom folders and 'remember' them? No. Read Tantric's message again. Change Snes9x GX back to 4.2.6.by yskysk - Homebrew Applications
Great, thanks.by yskysk - Homebrew Applications
Hi all. When i navigate to the pictures tab on WiiMc and get the warning that some of the files are over 6mb and select OK, none of the thumbnail images load in the right hand bar, and I can't open any of them either (most of these are under 6mb). Anyway when I navigate up a level and then go back into the folder containing the images I receive no warning message and the images load fineby yskysk - Homebrew Applications
Thanks for the suggestion but I'm not a developer. I've always liked legacy for the free mouse-look capability. Can Prboom do that? I'll give it a wiirl.by yskysk - Ideas, requests
Would it be possible or practical to port Doom Legacy to the wii? (current site) (latest opensource that I've seen)by yskysk - Ideas, requests
Thanks. Yeah, I found that I had to disable the classic hacks, go back into the standard hacks, and found I had a setting that locked me out of the system menu. Good to see Priiloader has no problems and works well. Pardon my nubility!by yskysk - Homebrew Applications
Thanks for you reply; all channels are blocked, and I can still access HBC via Priiloader.by yskysk - Homebrew Applications
I installed priiloader 0.6 with the hacks.ini file, set a few options, then went to System loader, tried to go into Homebrew, got past the load screen, then went to a black screen with white letters: "You can't access this channel" while the HBC music still played. Pretty weird. It's not such a big deal, but I'm wondering if this is due to a setting in priiloader ( I've playedby yskysk - Homebrew Applications
Hmm strange that dosbox works for some and not others. I've found that version 10 of frodo (commodore64.org), wii2600, wiixl (atari800) and Topedit still all have usb keyboard support, but you need to keep the space key pressed while connecting it to the wii (while the program is running). It's funny that the older released programs still work but the newer ones have lost support.by yskysk - Homebrew General
(I've reposted this here realizing that it wasn't probably relevant on HB general. Sorry.) I've haven't been able to use my USB keyboard since I probably updated HBC to Ver.8 (manifested when using Dosbox Wii and c64.org). I updated Dosbox wii yesterday hoping the glitch had been overcome, but the keyboard still doesn't work. Has anyone else had a problem with this?by yskysk - Homebrew Applications

I was thinking youtube or something, but whatever. Yes of course...ahem, for those more inclined. Or too drunk to give a rats.by yskysk - Ideas, requests
Yes that was my idea, just for karaoke videos. A sound recorder is another idea again though.by yskysk - Ideas, requests
This may have been suggested already, but how about support for usb microphones for homebrew media players like wiimc etc. Possible? Any interest?by yskysk - Ideas, requests
I've found my usb keyboard no longer works with either dosbox wii or c64.org. I'm wondering if this may be related to updating HBC to 8.? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Thanks for any help.by yskysk - Homebrew Applications
This may have come up before, but how about a screen saver for homebrew (or separate application) Something allowing the user to display their own images (time set between change) and stretch image to fit screen etc. It would add a lot to any user-made themes.by yskysk - Ideas, requests
Is it possible to get email notifications for new homebrew applications etc.?by yskysk - Offtopic
How about Vassal on the wii? vassal website It's open source. It would require a networking system, but would bring many people over to wii.by yskysk - Ideas, requests
