I think he's referring to my homebrew web browser -> WiiBrowser. @Pissedoffguy, could you explain more precisely your problem? What are you trying to download? Make sure you're using the latest version (Rev112), you can find it at: wiibrowser.altervista.orgby gave92 - Getting Started
Ok, i made little steps forward, looking at wiimc sources. in video.cpp: void TakeScreenshot() { videoScreenshot = (u8 *)memalign(32, vmode->fbWidth * vmode->efbHeight * 4); if(!videoScreenshot) return; GX_SetTexCopySrc(0, 0, vmode->fbWidth, vmode->efbHeight); GX_SetTexCopyDst(vmode->fbWidth, vmode->efbHeight, GX_TF_RGBA8, GX_FALSE); DCInvalidateRange(vidby gave92 - Coding
Hello, i'm trying to figure out how to take screenshots from my app, based on libwiigui. that's what i tried so far: in video.cpp: static u8* videoScreen = NULL; void TakeScreenshot() { int size = VIDEO_GetFrameBufferSize(vmode); videoScreen = (u8*)memalign(32,size); if (videoScreen) memcpy(videoScreen,xfb,VIDEO_GetFrameBufferSize(vmode)); } in menu.by gave92 - Coding

Hi, I am not sure about what do you mean by "hit the memory limit": have you experienced some sort of out-of-memory problems using the app? However the memory occupation should depend on both the size of the html and the amount of different elements (links, images, simple texts) on a page (and maybe it can also increase during the usage due to a bad memory management, like not freeing each creatby gave92 - Testing Corner
Hello everyone, I' ve just released my wii internet browser: WiiBrowser It's capable of render web pages (in a really simple way), it supports form filling, image viewing, https connections and file downloading to sd card. the problem is I won't have a wii for some months (I have to test the app on dolphin emulator) and i'd like to have feedbacks also from "real" wiis.by gave92 - Testing Corner
Sure, it's just a simple text file with the app version, like thisby gave92 - Ideas, requests
Hello everyone, I' ve just released my wii internet browser: WiiBrowser It's capable of render web pages (in a really simple way), it supports form filling, image viewing, https connections and file downloading to sd card. The app is usable but has bugs and lacks of many features (decent css support, no video player..) I'd be glad if someone would join the project and helpby gave92 - Ideas, requests

Hello, as far as i know the select() function does not work on wii. you have to use poll() function instead, with the correct costants. (defining POLLOUT=0x0008, POLLERR=0x0020, POLLHUP=0x0040, POLLNVAL=0x0080 in libogc/include/network.h should be ok) forget the struct fd-about thing, it's related to libcurl onlyby gave92 - Coding
It wooorks!! I only had to configure libcurl to use poll function (with the correct constants) instead of select and to replace the definition of "struct fd" with the "struct sd" from network.h. Thank you all for your answers.by gave92 - Coding
