What computer operating system are you using? I don't think I understand your "case".by Arikado - Getting Started
You could try finding the people who have done ports of those quakes to other platforms and e-mail them to see if they're interested in doing a Wii port.by Arikado - Homebrew General

I believe the guy who did Wii quake said he was sick of it and would think about possibly doing the other quakes. I don't believe either of them are actively being worked on. I also don't believe multiplayer for the first quake is actively being worked on either.by Arikado - Homebrew General
If you got that .zip in that tutorial a while back, and extracted (unzipped) it to the root of your SanDisk a while back you should have a lot more on your SanDisk. And a couple apps in your apps folder. It's fine if you don't want to though. I'll post some links to more (better) information in a little bit.by Arikado - Getting Started
Congartulations to both of you! Please post if you have any more problems and I'll do my best to help. You're also free to PM me if you want to.by Arikado - Homebrew General
Wait, so you extracted the files from the .zip? I thought you didn't. What files are on your SanDisk?by Arikado - Getting Started

Right, I want to get some code posted by late next week hopefully.by Arikado - Coding

Sorry for the double post. I really wonder where that new release is...by Arikado - Homebrew Applications
You can use the network or uninstall and then reinstall the HBC. I have dial-up so the network isn't an option for me. Unless, something drastic happens to the channel I choose simply not to update.by Arikado - Homebrew General
Actually it doesn't unzip. You have to do that part. You need to use an unzipping tool such as Winzip (for Windows) or WinRar (also for Windows but many other platforms as well). I use WinRar, but before I used Winzip. Winzip is much more beginner friendly.by Arikado - Getting Started
_pixels = 0; doesn't work either. I'll probably have to use GX to write a color blending function (or is that alpha blending). Too bad I don't know GX!by Arikado - Coding
That sucks for you guys. I know how crappy it feels when your favorite forum gets cannibalized.by Arikado - Offtopic
Firstly, erasing it will get rid of every sign except what's on the wii message board. Yes, use the TP hack once. And then yes, as long as you are good at following instructions, it will be easy to get apps going. And no, this will not brick your Wii. I have never heard even a single case of it happening. EDIT: This will help you get started. It is a tutorial that I used. At the end is aby Arikado - Homebrew General
I believe that you can check each individual controller. Perhaps you could right a function that performs all of those checks and then returns 4 values (via reference obviously). One for initialized wiimotes, the next for nunchucks, then for classics, and finally for gamecubes.by Arikado - Coding
Well, we have the same thing (for free) via homebrew.by Arikado - Offtopic
That's your problem, the ROMS have nowhere to put their saves. About what I said before, I actually only got screwed out of a save once, so now I always make sure to save more than once before turning off the Wii. No problems since.by Arikado - Homebrew General
Good idea, but you mean client, not server. However, it would be cool if it worked both ways, playing and sending files from and to a pc.by Arikado - Homebrew General
I have that problem with only some of my ROMS. For Earthbound I save twice and everything's fine. Did you put a folder called saves within your snes9x folder in the root? Example: /snes9x/savesby Arikado - Homebrew General
Did you extract that .zip at the end of the tutorial to your SanDisk? Just putting on the file on the SanDisk is not extracting it. EDIT: Don't give up! You're nearly there! I don't care what it takes I'm going to make sure that you get the channel installed.by Arikado - Getting Started

Go for LOPST's third party release of snes9x. Thats what I use. May I reccomend Donkey Kong Country for ROM's?by Arikado - Homebrew General
I'm sure that by now, all of us have used MPlayer Wii's new DVD features. What I'm even more excited about is how it can be used to load video files from the SanDisk cards and Team Twiizers new library for video support. What does this mean from my standpoint as a game developer? The reintroduction of one of gamings' most impressive features to the Wii homebrew scene; Cutsceneby Arikado - Coding
