The easiest thing to do would be to just do an official update.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
Yeah, it seems to be working fine now. It was only happening with a few of my posts yesterday.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Feedback & Support
Navigate to the wii settings, and select the "Update System" option. It is perfectly safe to do this, you will not brick your wii, unless you pull the power cord while the wii is updating.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Homebrew General
I just started getting this message when I try to make a post: QuoteThere was a problem communicating with SMTP: Expected response code(s) [250] but got response [] Is anyone else getting this? Can it be fixed?by WaxyPumpkin72 - Feedback & Support
I'm glad I could help. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. :)by WaxyPumpkin72 - Homebrew General
Fail. If you continue to post about USBLoaders, I'm contacting an Admin. *Locked*by WaxyPumpkin72 - The Junkyard
QuotehuntermQuotefreegame36its easy...just search google for the channel you want....i found all my channels like that....all you have to do is put it on sd card in proper folder and load it...worked out great for me and i didnt have to worry about bricking my wii....just a thought I'll bet you 3/4th of those channels are illigal in some way. Quotedirtrider73068But couldn't he get a drive that would allow dvd playback? There is a place online that has parts to fix and repair wii's but couldn't remember the place. I guess, yeah.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
Can you still launch your games through it? If so, then your drive isn't screwed, its simply that you have a newer one that doesn't allow DVD playback.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
Um. When you launch the hackmii installer, press A to continue, and you should be given the option to install bootmii......by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
QuotePhredreekeI don't see why you wouldn't be able to use the Indiana Pwns exploit on 3.4 You would install it the same way as you would on 4.2 I believe that the Indiana Jones game needs you to update higher than 3.4 for it to run.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
QuoteSontifxThen may I ask, whats the point of homebrew? Read this topic:by WaxyPumpkin72 - Homebrew General
Quotecactusjack901QuoteSontifxwell most of them like gecko and back up loader. I can however run wad manager. Get rid of your last 2 homebrew references, they're not welcome 'round these parts Actually, I doubt he'll get help now, because telling him how to fix his problem will help him to continue using his backups.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Homebrew General
I'm pretty sure its "safe to touch" most of them, as long as you're not deleting them. Also, you also need to make sure not to mess with the IOS that your current system menu is relying on. If you really want to launch your games through the disk channel that badly, then just update. There is absolutely no reason not to, unless you're just really lazy.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Homebrew General
If all you're asking is how to play your games without updating, just use this:by WaxyPumpkin72 - Homebrew General
I think this will do the job.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Homebrew General
QuotewdiddyIf I downgrade to version 3.2 will I be able to play DVD's??? That won't make a difference. Downgrading never helps you.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
Yes, but only if Nintendo knows its been modified.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
Do you have bootmii installed as boot2 with a NAND backup?by WaxyPumpkin72 - Homebrew General
QuoteDarkshyQuoteErikieIf your wii gets to the health and safety screen then your bluetooth module is fine. Try to hold the sync button on the wii for at least 20 seconds and then press the sync button on your wii mote. See if that helps. But do this when the health and safety screen is on. Also the wii should go to the menu after a certain period of time when nothing is done This does not wby WaxyPumpkin72 - FixMii

QuoteArikadoQuoteWaxyPumpkin72QuoteArikadoBump. That is plain awesome. :D Thank you, but it turns out they photoshopped the game case art into the image for the moment. So consider it a teaser of sorts for now. It won't be much longer (maybe a week tops) until it actually looks like that. I was unaware at time of posting. Haha, okay. Its still pretty incredible, though.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Ideas, requests

It would seem as if your BT module is screwed. You could either: 1.) Send it to Nintendo to get it fixed. 2.) If you don't have a warranty, you could just DIY.by WaxyPumpkin72 - FixMii
Um... Are you sure that the wiimotes have fresh batteries?by WaxyPumpkin72 - FixMii
Some codes can conflict with other codes that you have applied. That might be a problem. Also this: QuoteWaxyPumpkin72Maybe that the codes were written incorrectly.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
Quotecactusjack901QuoteNarioWith modified code, yeah. And what unofficial shop channel with modified code is this? He for some reason got the idea that dop-mii downloads an un-official shop channel that is written by some homebrew coder. He doesn't understand that dop mii connects to Nintendo's update servers.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
1.) You can delete the boot.elf if you want to. 2.) If you can only install it as an IOS, then you can back up your NAND, but its kind of pointless, because if you were to try to restore it with bootmii as an IOS, you could brick your wii.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
