Make sure you're using the correct version of bannerbomb. If you're on 4.2, use bannerbomb v2, which is launched through the SD card menu on the system menu.

Its perfectly safe to format your wii. I'm not sure if your shop account is deleted when you format, so if it doesn't get deleted, launch the shop channel and delete your account. That will delete your credit card info. Once you've formatted your wii, just reinstall the HBC and bootmii.

Um, that wasn't an "approval." An approval would be to ask a Mod or Admin first.

What is it exactly that you're trying to do? IIRC, GeeXbox is not the best media player. MPlayerCE is. Try and see if you can get that to work. Make sure your SD card is formatted to FAT(16) or FAT32.

Make sure you remove all external devices before you launch an app, like USB devices, GC devices, etc.
