It was very unclear what you were talking about, so it was a simple mistake to make, yet you proceeded to call him a dumbass. I think the other issue is that he may be using Preloader rather than Priiloader, and that, combined with the use of an SDHC card, instead of an SD card could be causing issues.by cactusjack901 - FixMii
Quotekckanso...can someone who is good with this stuff give this a try... and that isnt the actual source code Yes, we are aware that isn't the source code for CS, that just isn't available, it's what is known as a "closed-source" game. We can't port those, since we have no access to the source code. CSPortable however, is a clone, made for the PSP, that is Open-Source, hby cactusjack901 - Ideas, requests

QuoteMathew_WiQuoteWaxyPumpkin72QuoteMathew_WiWait, taking out the disc during an update will brick you? Is nintendo retarded or something? What if the disc is scratched to a point? The update files are stored on the disk. If only some of the files are installed, and not others, it will result in a brick. I don't think Nintendo is "retarded" because of it. Update #1: I've got a basic idea of how C++ in and of itself works. I don't know if it's the sleep deprivation or how much I'm trying to learn at the moment, but I'm not quite grasping floating point variables. I'll get the hang of it soon though, I think.by cactusjack901 - Offtopic

QuoteSifJarQuotenightwishfan1Not to mention from what I understand of the term is that Nazi Zombies is a mere game mode for several games. I've been asking around on other sites I frequent and no one has heard of a stand alone game by the name Nazi Zombies. So, I've finally decided to sit down and start learning C++. Half of it is because I've always had an interest in coding for a large part of my life, and half because I wanna finally contribute to this Wii scene I love so much. QuoteSifJarI dunno, but I also don't see the need to distribute homebrew on physical media. In my opinion it makes it "too easy", not trying to be offensive here, just saying that the easier it is, the more people will use it without research, and therefore the more bricks there will be. Alright, I just wanted to make sure we can support you here. That being said, it seems we can. It's not the 4.2 update that killed your drive, as it is bad timing, older Wii DVD drives are known to go south after a while.
