what do they teach you kids these days in school!!! they are all correct! The Wii and the PC (and most all computers, coding languages and advanced calculators) are using radians (25 radians in your example). The Calc is using degrees (25 degrees in your example). so the sin of 25 degrees is .422618 the sin of 25 radians is -0.13235175 1 radian = (180/pi) degrees or 57.29577951...by mdbrim - Coding

So i've done some searching of the forum and google and discovered the addr2line feature in devkitpro. But when i run it with my stack dump code in there, all i get are the ??:0 (like many others i've found) I've done what Tantric mentions about putting all the addresses in at the same time (....addr2line.exe -e program.elf 8133883c 8133a0 813a373c .......) Wii64 isn't really playable right now... it's more of a tool to see things to come. When they release the next version of Wii64 you can bet that it'll be all over the forums and you can download it. For now, don't worry about it because even those of us who can get that version to work (using LoadMii) don't/can't play it.by mdbrim - Getting Started
direct from their website: Quote60 day money back guarantee. We'll refund your money if you're not satisfied. I would start there and test that!!! And i gotta say Arikado... that was a smooth line!by mdbrim - Homebrew General

See, this is what is so great about homebrew... people of all skill levels making cool little coding apps that interest them and then sharing it with the world... Now some people might laugh at this little baby, but i think it is awesome! Someone thought of this, tried to code it, and probably learned a bunch in doing so... and i LOVE the description "Currently it only supports burritos" Hby mdbrim - Homebrew Applications
step 4 from my post... draw your own! or some will tell you to use pre made ones (libwiigui) I like doing my own from scratch because its my code and i know what it all does/mean/how it works, plus you learn a ton!by mdbrim - Offtopic
once you start learning some c and c++ : 1. Download some examples (Hello World examples are the best to start with) 2. Find some simple games on the wiibrew site that have source available and read it. See how they did it. 3. use parts from those examples to make your own brew that says Hello World and displays numbers... then have it count as you hit the A button... simple stuff. 4. findby mdbrim - Offtopic

look, it all boils down to taste... some people think the wii is a piece of trash... others don't. I personally think the wii is awesome... others don't. It doesn't matter. Macs / PCs. Boxers / Briefs Repub / Democ Yankees / Red Sox Who cares!!! I think the XBox and the PS3 are colossal wastes of money. We have one at work and yes it's fun to play, but i wouldby mdbrim - Offtopic

VERY helpful tool for coding, so you don't have to do the sd card shuffle dance back and forth to your computer and wii OVER AND OVER. And you can also use it to play homebrew that you don't have / want to put on your sd card. WiiLoad goodness!by mdbrim - Homebrew General

get a usb keyboard... so much easier :D i had similar problems, sometimes i had to map the key twice... aka if i wanted to map F1 to the A button i would map "F1F1" to the A button. Or i would find that i had to use the virtual keyboard instead. But all those problems went away when i started using a virtual keyboard. I got this one. It may be a little pricier than the wired ones but tby mdbrim - Homebrew Applications

QuoteA HOME Menu, generically, is a menu that pops up when you press the HOME button. Traditionally, they give you options to quit or resume your application. gotcha, that's what i thought you meant... just wasn't sure since i already have something like that in place. that's easy to do, i actually already have one that you get to when you press the plus button, but it would bby mdbrim - Homebrew Applications

I'm sure the latest official build is hosted NOT on the wiibrew.org site and that one seems to only be gcube controller. I have the version that you download from the wiibrew.org site... it uses the classic controller. Edit* bad quoting skillzby mdbrim - Homebrew Applications
no no, i wasn't calling you ass... disregard that comment. Back on topic... That's the beauty of open source, if you get stuck and can't find anything posted about it on the search function, just grab someone else's code and see how they did it.
