QuoteprofetylenWhat IOSes and wii versions should you have to run homebrew and other games correctly. And what should I use to prevent my games for updating my wii? Starfall? GeckoOS? Which are the advandages of which of the previous apps? And most important of all: Is it safe to install all of those IOSes and stuff? Are there any guides with idiot-safe instructions? i want to make an extention cord cause i think the ones in stores are over priced or charge bs for shipping. does anyone know a good gauge for the copper to make the cable?by cl87 - Offtopic
thats kinda why i thought the junkyard should be changed, just really to annoy the people trying to post in there.by cl87 - Offtopic
im not saying allow the posts, just something for people to see upfront like the rules..by cl87 - Feedback & Support
lol things do happen, but they are really pressing against everyone so they can make the profit for themselves only, where as other system dont really mind things like the gameshark, action replay, & freeloader.by cl87 - Offtopic
the junk yard is just topics that are against the rules, or bs. nothing more, hense junk yardby cl87 - Feedback & Support

how about renaming it to against the rules? just a thought.by cl87 - Feedback & Support
if your are lookin g for cheat codes for the games, you have to know the games from where they first came out and what those cheats are... sonic 1... at the main menu press up,down,left,right... you will hear a ring and that confirms your cheats worked. and then hold"A" and press start... i believe "a" is "1".by cl87 - Offtopic
this may be out of line but i think i think they havent had their cranal-anal ectomy yet.... sorry for the bad touch.by cl87 - Offtopic
QuotePurplePotato I do know how hard it is to program an emulator. Any help would be appreciated. i dont know of many decent games on the 64, but i do believe the source code is avalable.by cl87 - Getting Started
trust me i am, but no one seems to want to play with 3.4 thats why i asked about ios 50, thats the system menu.by cl87 - Homebrew General
its a non nintendo warranty, $15 and i can change it out regardless of the issueby cl87 - Homebrew General
anything to help with 3.4 i have a good warranty.by cl87 - Homebrew General
well i dont use Xubuntu, so i cant really help because every distro does something different, thats why i said try that, i have a slackware/redhat based linux and i have it mainly for pc repair.by cl87 - Getting Started
linux is kinda fun to fiddle with but using root will give you abilities you normally dont have. log on as "root" and see if that helps.by cl87 - Getting Started
ok so 3.4 has no "updated" apps to help with homebrew or legal downgrade, im just posting this so i can contribute to the legal scene. the main apps im looking at are patchmii, anytitle deleter, and cios downgrader. dvdx has a temp solution, but im sure theyre on it. i have ideas but im not a programmer.by cl87 - Homebrew General
i found a bunch of those out with google, but they dont have any good purpose to them, patchmii was a good call, it did everything the original creator did, and removed the piracy issues. i just think of ideas i dont do the programming. but bypassing system you can only do so good, i dont know i think bootmii will be, the last "hack" we will need. HBC was good but too much moving through the mby cl87 - Software
i dont know, i can understand about how to bypass the system for productive use, i do my research but a lot of people prefer a cios of anything else. piracy loaders, is a reference to backups mostly, an this is the first time ive heard of a hios. @paul.strickler what do you plan to do?by cl87 - Software
its breaking the rules to a detailed degree.... google is probably where you want to look. as for the wii theres a code to tell if a dvd is legal or not. this is probably better help for you :by cl87 - Software
sometimes there are problems with that if you do have them just let me know.by cl87 - Offtopic
QuoteArikadoI guess I'll start. Never having a choice over which operating system I use, I've always used the windows operating systems. Right now, I'm using Vista. I've also tried Windows XP and Mac OSX operating systems for multiple extended periods of time, and I must say that between the three, I prefer Vista. While Vista's not perfect, I find it far easier to use thaby cl87 - Offtopic
ive looked into it and so far that i can tell as long as its for personal use it fine... it does have some nin coding in there.by cl87 - Homebrew Applications
.elf works, but .dol is recomended, but yes you need a boot file.by cl87 - Getting Started
