May I, to put it bluntly, ask why?by WaxyPumpkin72 - Old Announcements
I'm not sure what the problem is, but you could try making sure that you have removed all of the external device that could be plugged in your wii. Maybe a USB device, a GC controller, or a GC mem-card....by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
Just turn off your wii and try again. Its perfectly safe.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
QuoteSifJarAnd the simplicity of the jailbreak means people can go into Apple stores and jailbreak all the iPhones and iPads there Heck. Yes. I am going to do this as soon as I visit the next apple store. :D This method is pretty awesome.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Offtopic
You need to get some apps. There's a list here. To add them to the HBC, make an apps folder on the root of your SD card, and then download the apps you want from the list I gave you. You must then proceed to extract the app folder that you download, and drag the extracted contents into the apps folder on your SD card.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
Ooh, sexy. :) It looks pretty cool. I was just watching a youtube video, I haven't actually installed it yet (my wii isn't hooked up ATM, and I don't use it much anymore).by WaxyPumpkin72 - Offtopic
Open iTunes, and go to the iTunes store. In the upper right corner, if you're signed in, you'll see your username/name/e-mail or whatever. Click on it, and you'll be asked for your password. Type your password, press enter, and you'll be taken to your account page. In the middle of the page, you'll see a "Purchase History" button. Click that (it can take a minute or two tby WaxyPumpkin72 - Offtopic
You can go to iTunes, and redownload any purchased apps for free. If you can't remember them, just look at your purchase history.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Offtopic
I left my wii on for about 4 or 5 days once because i didn't have a GC memory card, and I couldn't save my SSB melee data....so I think its probably fine.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
QuoteSifJarI have no issues. (Using Google Chrome FYI :P) Yeah, same here. I've never had this problem...by WaxyPumpkin72 - Feedback & Support
You need to use a media player to launch the dvd. I believe people are using WiiMC to do this nowadays. :Pby WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started

Are you sure its not just the SD card itself; not the slot?by WaxyPumpkin72 - Homebrew General
I would've posted an E3 topic by now, but I can't make threads in off-topic. >.< Looks interesting to me. I personally wouldn't buy one, though, because handhelds have never really been something I enjoy.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Offtopic

QuoteMestizoQuoteWaxyPumpkin72QuoteMestizoI've read a few posts on here about SMG2 deleting the Homebrew Channel and rumors that it disables re-installation. Is that true? Source? Kinda weird you asking that when you were one of the people posting in that topic, Waxy. Oh, lol. Thats because his HBC wasn't fully up to date prior to the update of the system.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started

The easiest way to do it would be to update the system via the system settings. Its that simple. :Pby WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
QuoteMathew_WiWait, taking out the disc during an update will brick you? Is nintendo retarded or something? What if the disc is scratched to a point? The update files are stored on the disk. If only some of the files are installed, and not others, it will result in a brick. I don't think Nintendo is "retarded" because of it.by WaxyPumpkin72 - Getting Started
No source code, no port. Sorry. Counter strike 2d looks like it would be possible, I think the source code is available somewhere...by WaxyPumpkin72 - Ideas, requests
Quotenightwishfan1Not to mention from what I understand of the term is that Nazi Zombies is a mere game mode for several games. I've been asking around on other sites I frequent and no one has heard of a stand alone game by the name Nazi Zombies. If you have any coding experience you could clone a given Nazi Zombies game mode and make it a stand alone thing with more features. Of course hby WaxyPumpkin72 - Ideas, requests
