bushing's Title Lister will list all titles installed on your system, along with their version numbers. Not quite "Date Modified," but I don't think the Wii stores such information. You can get the build dates of a lot of IOSes by reading some of their content modules, but there's not really a standard for what those look like.by tona - Software

Quotesuperflysocal yes im talking about muzer wii shop and ios51 installer. So you are saying that is one application that if the wii does have the oct 23 update then it would not be able to install it? (I'm 100% sure I successfully did an update after Oct23). Not sure if "Homebrew General" is the place where this topic goes, but I'll answer these anyway. 1) If you're copying the banner from a working title, it's unlikely you could ever brick your Wii--save for your channel containing "brickmii.dol" as the boot content. 2) You'll need a loader, but as long as you're just copying stuff from another channel, you should be aby tona - Homebrew General
QuoteSpoom Unfortunately you have not summarized my premises correctly. I must have misunderstood you. QuoteSpoomThis kinda continues off of the closed topic started by Dan Aykroyd about whether HBC uses Nintendo code, but is more general. Why does everyone fail at these forums? This does not belong in Homebrew General. Moving it!by tona - Feedback & Support
It's possible, but nobody has reversed the low level Wi-Fi functions yet. All homebrew using the wireless internet so far is using the high-level Socket functions. You wouldn't be able to do fancy things with the Wi-Fi adapter with the Sockets interface.by tona - Homebrew Applications

QuoteAerialX QuoteTona posted an updated version that fixes fakesign in one of the new IOS's, could that be used for channel installation after games force us to update? "HABA" is the shop channel. We're not sure what's been updated. Rampant speculation is likely to ensue. It's not going to affect anything else. This update brings NO BENEFITS as far as we can tell. Just IOS patches.by tona - Homebrew General
Fail. Here's the scoop: Nintendo updated just about every IOS on the Wii. They did NOT update the System Menu or IOS30, though. Meaning the Twilight Hack still definitely works. The Homebrew Channel still boots and functions correctly if you already have it installed. However, the main issue is that they've patched Fakesigning in every IOS your Wii will normally have on it.
