"GPGPU" means general purpose computing on GPUs. It's possible on most everything that does graphic processing (even framebuffers), but only some GPUs are actually designed for it. Wii64 does not use this.by WikiFSX - The Junkyard

Quotecactusjack901Quoteskin_ya my HBC is on my Wii when the SD card is not in the Wii But if i try to use it it dose not bring up the start button i just get stuck on the blue screen with no apps. I quickly skimmed the thread, so this may have been answered, but the apps are on the SD card, the Homebrew Channel is on the Wii Or a USB stick, though many applications still don't support iby WikiFSX - Getting Started
EDIT: Okay, so I looked and the GPU does have a command processor. Now we need to see if we can use it for anything without having to give up graphics/it's a legitimate command processor like you think it is/it doesn't suck. From what I know, nobody uses it, which either means that you're wrong about it doing anything or people have never felt like it.by WikiFSX - The Junkyard
Your post was much too long to read. The Wii's GPU is very likely cut down, and there is no conclusive evidence that it supports GPGPU. The article mentioning Havok FX does not say that the Wii will support it: it only says that the core Havok system (not the GPU-optimized FX system) will support the Wii. Havok FX never came out anyway. Somebody would have done something with GPGPU alreadby WikiFSX - The Junkyard
They are extremely dangerous. ThemeMii can help you create a MYM file and then make that into a CSM for your menu (and also turn CSMs back into MYMs that you can use to make the appropriate CSM), but I can't help you from there.by WikiFSX - Getting Started

Does "Launch Channel" appear in the Gecko menu? If not, you may have to do something to get it to work.by WikiFSX - Getting Started
You need the HackMii Installer and an exploit. If you have LEGO Indiana Jones, use Indiana Pwns. If you have SSBB, use Smash Stack. If you don't have either, use bannerbomb. These exploits can only launch binaries from the SD card, so that's why you need an SD card. The HackMii Installer puts the Homebrew Channel on the Wii. The HBC does not run from the SD card, and it can read fromby WikiFSX - Getting Started
You can load some, but not all, apps from a USB drive. Once the HBC is installed, it no longer reads anything from the SD card.by WikiFSX - Getting Started
I might as well explain why you got bricked. When you updated to 4.2, IOS60 was replaced with a non-working version. When you downgraded, it was left there. When you tried to update to 4.0, the installer did nothing about the stubbed IOS60 and bricked your Wii.by WikiFSX - FixMii
Do you mean DivX codec movies or DIVX discs? The latter will not play.by WikiFSX - Getting Started

I mean it's meaningless to you. It, of course, signifies something, but its occurrences are seemingly random and usually affect nothing.by WikiFSX - Homebrew General

What did you try to do? Did you try editing the TorqueScript? TorqueScript is interpreted. You'd have to port the actual game engine.by WikiFSX - Ideas, requests
Depends on the repair. If it's a drive failure, they replace the drive. Not sure what they do about Bluetooth modules. For anything else, they probably send you a new Wii/replace the board.by WikiFSX - Homebrew General
Quotegameking66QuoteWikiFSXQuotegameking66If not the NAND, I'd love a copy of the System Menu WAD (I believe it to be v33). That's illegal. He can't give you that. And the decrypted NAND dump isn't? I'd prefer either. The NAND dump is illegal also.by WikiFSX - Homebrew General
Mine is derived name I took four or five years ago while playing a game online: "Flameshadowxeroshin". As that doesn't work right with most forums, I shortened it to "FSX" in February 2006. This was apparently after Flight Simulator X had been announced, but I was basically unaware of that game until 2009. "Wiki" I added either because I wanted some type of identification link between herby WikiFSX - Offtopic

BootMii doesn't replace all of boot2, it only replaces part of it, but that's mostly a technical distinction.by WikiFSX - Getting Started
Either use DOP-Mii to update boot2 or do the NSMB update. The update is just fine.by WikiFSX - Getting Started
Get WineBottler (http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/) if using OSX, or Wine if using Linux, and use that to run NUSD to get the WADs.by WikiFSX - FixMii
DOP-Mii can also do that. After you get the system working again, try picking some empty slot and putting a patched IOS36 in there.by WikiFSX - Homebrew General
You can use the Twilight Hack, bannerbomb, Smash Stack, or Indiana Pwns (see ) to start DOP-Mii/Dop-IOS MOD in the same way you would start the HackMii Installer.by WikiFSX - Homebrew General
