There isn't any software that will allow you to do that, as far as I know. However, seeing that both are original, Nintendo manufactured remotes, you could just send them to nintendo as they are faulty. Like SifJar said, they have to replace them by law. (I think)by TopGun96 - Hardware
It would be illegal in many countries for Nintendo to auto update your wii, even though they give themselves the right to. There isn't any code in the system menu to update without your consent. @SifJar My Wii has had WC24 on for three years and it hasn't ever had a single problem with overheating. Although it did stop mid game one time, but I am not 100% sure that it was due to ovby TopGun96 - Software
Quotecactusjack901QuoteSifJarQuoteTopGun96Well good thing im on 1.3 then..... Not sure how legal it is even there. Pretty sure I read somewhere there is still something to do with actual games in the bootloader for ALL DSi compatible carts. May just be the name of a game though, which I'm pretty sure would be legal. Good thing I have a DSL then =p Got one of them too. Let's alby TopGun96 - Offtopic

QuoteWikiFSXThe i carts are illegal because they do something like use chunks of unlicensed, commercial game code to work. Actually I believe that some are not. For example, the M3i Zero, Acekard 2i, and I believe the Supercard DSONEi is legal as well.by TopGun96 - Offtopic
Savemii might if your System Menu and its IOS are intact. Unfortunately I have no experience with it. Sorry.by TopGun96 - FixMii
Loadmii is a facilitator. It just runs code. The hackmii installer is an app that will install HBC, Bootmii, and DVDx. You might be able to watch DVDs on your wii, but maybe not. If that is the case then you just have to wait for TT to figure it out. (or make a hack by yourself :)by TopGun96 - Ideas, requests
@ Arikado How much progress has been made with the DSi?by TopGun96 - Offtopic
Yes newer DVD drives do not work with DVDx. You might have one depending on how old your wii is. In that case there is nothing you can do. Sorry.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
If you are talking about backups, we dont support those here. If you are talking about movies, that would take forever. You could just use a computer....by TopGun96 - Ideas, requests
QuoteSifJarQuotehuntermQuoteSifJarQuotehuntermQuoting the HBC website QuoteHBC WebsiteIn particular, "cIOSCORP" is known to be problematic because some idiot decided it would be smart to take some old version of IOS, change the version number, and overwrite all other IOSes. Other failpacks are less destructive, but that still means its not a good idea to use them. You're basically on youby TopGun96 - FixMii

Glad you got it working.by TopGun96 - Homebrew General
I would only suggest using StartPatch if you have Bootmii Boot2by TopGun96 - Homebrew General
Quotebg4545Actually, you shouldn't have to rename it. It should already be boot.elf Yes, I was thinking about earlier versions that came as installer.elf. The newer versions don't.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
NO ONE LIKES IT WHEN YOU YELL LIKE THIS! Anyway, download the file from here and just rename the "installer.elf" to "boot.elf"by TopGun96 - Getting Started
Perhaps a re-download of mplayer CE? Maybe a reformat of your SD card.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
For the millionth time: no. In many cases it is illegal for Nintendo to do so. There isn't even any code in the System Menu to make it auto-update.by TopGun96 - Software
I honestly have no idea. I have just heard that it can be done. For example the Freeloader Disc by Datel.by TopGun96 - Homebrew Applications
I believe it is possible but you must have a wii below 3.3. However I am not sure...by TopGun96 - Homebrew Applications
Lol all the adapters are either a couple hundred dollars or cant be found anywhere.... Edit: Are there even any that dont require the use of the N64 console? Just one that I plug into my computer then plug the game in?by TopGun96 - Homebrew Applications
QuoteSifJarQuoteTopGun96No we should not support Any wii game studio. It is basically like stealing. I disagree slightly. We should not support any Wii Game Studio, which charges money. If its free and open source, I see no problem. Alright, fair enough. I agree with your point of view.by TopGun96 - Feedback & Support
Legal backups are morally fine. Either way though we do not support them as the information could be used to help pirates. Sorry. And yes everything supported by Wiibrew (HBC, DVDx, Bootmii) works on a new wii.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
Somewhat related question: How big, in terms of Megabytes, is a block?by TopGun96 - Getting Started
Not sure if this is allowed here but, what kind of devices would one need to dump a N64 or NES/SNES ROM?by TopGun96 - Homebrew Applications
No we should not support Any wii game studio. It is basically like stealing.by TopGun96 - Feedback & Support
Yes you can use startpatch on 4.0+by TopGun96 - Getting Started
1. We will not help you with backups. Read those big red letters on the main page. 2. Gecko is a cheat/region free app, not a backup app. 3. Yes you can install HBC on any wii. 4. No update will brick unless you play jump-rope with the power cord.by TopGun96 - Getting Started
